- Because all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
- Exchanges may sometimes be possible for sizing issues—please contact us for details.
- Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 days after approval.
- Sale items and personalized/custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
